About the role
The Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining sales accounts and opportunity data hygiene by sourcing data from 3rd party tools and enriching. The analyst will be expected to work cross functionally with other teams and provide assistance across the sales staff. An ideal candidate will be a self starter that is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities and tasks.
The Data Analyst will be joining the Sales Operations Team within the Business Operations and Finance organization. The Sales Ops team is relied on by the entire organization for global reporting around historical sales performance, pipeline, and planning. Our overall objective as part of the Business and Finance Operations organization is to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our sales team to continue providing value to our customers in the most efficient way possible.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Assistance to the Sales Personnel with the administrative, analytical and operational tasks
- Managing Salesforce.com i.e., general Account & opportunity Management
- Account creation, enrichment and data cleanup activities in SFDC using 3rd party tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn, D&B Hoovers, Company website, Google etc.,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross functional teams on special requests & projects
- Adhoc Data scrub requests and Account Segmentation efforts
- Working on cases related to Data Management/Revenue Operations, resolve queries based on various process workflows logical thinking
About You:
- 0-2 years of industry experience in Data Management / Operations
- Strong database and MS – office skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities and proven attention to detail
- Passion for competition and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once, learn systems quickly and the ability to work with minimal direction
- Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements
