Role Summary &Role Description:
As a member of the Global End-User Digital Experience team, you will be involved in piloting the latest end-user technologies and have a seat at the table for our strategic direction.
Technical leadership implementing and operationalizing future and current Collaborative Communications platforms with a goal of modernization, futureproofing and an ongoing best-in-class user experience.
Ownership of the daily service delivery of Collaborative Communications platforms including, providing service architectural engineering, support management, senior SME escalation – (L4) support, technical change management, reporting.
Interfacing and working with other service delivery/architectural teams such as networking, desktop, software deployment, information security, software, hardware and service vendors, and our business users as required. These responsibilities will continue before, during and after transformation into the future state.
Core/Must have skills
Expertise with implementing, administering, and managing voice/video conferencing and UCaaS platforms at large enterprises with tightly controlled IT infrastructure and nuanced compliance requirements
Experience creating SIP-trunking / Call Manager
Experience preferred with IPTV/VOD and Digital Signage such as Haivision and AppSpace.
Experience preferred with resource creation and configuration in Azure Active Directory.
Ability to converse with network architects and engineers to ensure clarity and timeliness of action items and changes required for service implementation and needs.
Good to have skills
Microsoft, Avixa, and/or other IT/AV organization certification preferred.
B.S. degree in a related field preferred.
