Who we are looking for:
Looking for an associate having good understanding and knowledge on the Settlements process and collateral management activities such as mark to market, reconciliation and other related activities.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets , one of the biggest asset managers in the world, that provides services to the world’s governments, institutions and financial advisors. The team has the responsibility to cover the exposure for the US Intl & Dom market trades both cash & non cash, Contract compare, Corporate actions processing, Billing. Each activity have a strict cutoff times hence this role will be critical.
What you will be responsible for
- Individuals in this role should have good understanding collateral management activities under securities lending business such as Mark to Market, Settlements
- As a basic requirement the individual should have strong fundamentals of capital market operations and transactions lifecycle of collateral management across asset classes such interest rates, equities etc. in the context of SBL business
- Individual would be dealing with covering exposure for both cash & non cash accounts. Knowledge in Corporate actions would be an added advantage
- Some of the processes operate under scanner of the regional regulators, exchange & clearing house which puts increased focus from the business, compliance & audit requiring individuals & team to meet the mandate to follow the standard operating procedure without any errors.
- Individual should be flexible to work in NA shift.
- Should be open to work under tight deadlines as this will be a live market process.
