Role summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of an organisation based in the UK in Healthcare Recruitment.
The post-holder will be responsible for Directing and Managing their team in recruiting suitably qualified, professional candidates. You will work alongside the management team to assess client requirements, pipeline effectiveness and deliver an outstanding service to our clients and temp staff members
Within this role, you will provide effective recruitment strategies to meet our client demand. You will have a proven track record of growing an organisation.
Skills/Responsibilities:
We are currently a team of 9 people that provide an end-to-end service to our Clients from understanding the clients’ requirements, attraction of the right candidates, recruitment and onboarding, supporting the candidates and building a strong relationship and a pool of available temporary staff to fill shifts.
