As a Document Controller, you’ll report to Director Asset Management and following tasks would be a part of your job profile:

• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain the Document Management System
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• File documents in physical and digital records
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are distributed internally and externally as approved
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
• Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving).
• General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, numbering and all others aspect related to document quality.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required/ Assistance in the preparation collation and issue of reports and registers as may be required.
• Communicate and liaise with Project Teams, Suppliers/3rd parties to agree standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation as required

About you: We look for an experienced personnel with the essential skills that includes:

• Qualification in Project Management or relevant field
• 6-10 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller or similar role
• Experience in handling and quality assuring technical documents in the field of renewable energy
• Experience in developing and managing document system for ISO requirements
• Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
• Hands-on experience with MS Office tools and applications
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
