• Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in layout planning and ensure all requirements and high standards are met.
• Handling electrical, HVAC & civil part of the site.
• Work with the project team on the construction progress and identify any issues at early stages and mitigate them.
• Participate in snagging and ensuring these snags are rectified prior to signing off the handover certificate.
• Document, manage and update, if applicable, all drawings
• Plan for facilities ongoing maintenance to ensure their upkeep.
• Establish the Health and Safety guidelines and ensure they are implemented
• Support in vendor and supplier management SLAs, contracts and overall governance
• 5.5 Working Days / Week, alternate Saturdays working with fixed Sundays off.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in electrical, civil & HVAC post BE/BTech – Electrical.
• Candidate should be currently working in a diagnostic lab or hospital set up.
• Identifying and liaising with multiple vendors at a global level.
• Knowledge of office administration and standards.
• Proven track record in facilities management.
• Work Location – Sec 61, Gurugram.
• CTC Range – Max 6 – 7LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
