Stepron Technologies Pvt Ltd Hiring for Accounts Payable Support at Pune Full Time

Specific Duties:

• Code and post all A/P invoices
• AP document control, downloading filing, and matching
• Make required changes as invoices come back from approval
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained for all invoices
• Review daily invoices c/w job numbers, etc. to ensure they get posted ASAP
• Collate originals and approvals in preparation for weekly cheque run
• Cheque run done weekly
• Deal with phone inquiries regarding A/P
• Reconcile statements with our records and deal with any issues
• Support all other finance team members

Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable:

• Computer skills including, Word, Excel, Outlook, Maestro, and QuickBooks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
