Job Description :
1) 1 3 Experience in supporting/coordinating for HR activities along with various departments including Sales/marketing teams, Accounts, IT divisions and other related concerns including Vendors, Customers

2) Having experience/capability in team management, team recruitment and team building, and team leading apart from abilities of initiative taking, supporting management with planning for Medium and long term Growth

3) Having good skills towards getting the resources managed for smooth functioning of the company

4) Having experience towards purchase/materials management along with good knowledge for new vendors development in routine, continuous administration support, supporting travelling and bookings for companies staff, supporting HR management, supporting activities aimed at bringing overall costs down along with smooth functioning of all departments by supporting with full coordination, both within the company and with outside parties

5) To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company

6) Good Communications Skills, esp. English and Hindi

7) Having Good knowledge of computers, specially Excel for data mapping, reporting, various teams performance appraisal, routine report generation, data analysis for growth of organisation and business enhancement

8) Joining on immediate basis for reporting in North India CMO in Gurgoan
