Position Title

Chief Manager – Human Resource Business Partner

Purpose of Role

This position is a critical position to deliver on key people matrices supporting site operations at Products. This position will ensure operation stability through Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Statutory compliances & de-risking organization basis internal /external audit and site Administration.

Position Summary

This position has accountability for key people mandates for driving manufacturing excellence partnering closely with functional /department heads at location. Also, this position will be responsible for compliances of all the four factories and will report to the Site HR leader of Product Business.

Position Demands

• 15+ year of experience in a manufacturing set up. Candidate must be heading mid-size plant independently or responsible for execution of Compliance, TA,PMS in large size plant
• Demonstrated fast rate of growth in previous experience
• In-depth understanding of Labor law compliances & labor machinery.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding contract Associates and other

• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs & support them through campus or off campus hiring drives.

Statutory Compliance & MIS, Audits

• Have in-depth understanding of labor law compliance framework and labour machinery.
• Stay abreast with latest update on Labor statues & educates stake holders on amendments / new notification

Compensation & Benefit

• Partner closely with India compensation wages for salary benchmarking for shop floor workforce.
• Understand & interpret wage study report, in context of use & application for OC.
• Build comprehensive understanding of C&B framework and work closely with HR leader on this subject.

General Administration

• Custodian of security for Site, equipment, estate & general administration
• Responsible for main security gate & material gate house management
