Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of electrical or electronics security locking solutions
• Responsible for Maintaining, reconciling and repairing assets (Security solution system)
• Responsible for Maintaining material inventory
• Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment’s by conducting periodic PMS
• Keeping equipment clean and good working condition
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables with guidance from reporting manager
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Ensuring proper adherence to safety requirements in facilities
• Training others to use equipment as on when required
• Adhere to the SLA, SOP and company policy
• Prompt response in case of system breakdown/failure (Ready to travel in case of emergency/urgency in field)

Requirements and skills

• Ability to communicate in Local Language is must
• Sound technical knowledge in the field of either mechanical, electrical, automobile or instrumentation.
• Preference to those who have previous experience as service engineers.
• Troubleshooting capabilities
• Able to communicate with Individuals at various levels.
• Result oriented focus
• Preferred: Diploma/BE/B Tech/ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹13,000.00 per month
