Job Overview:

We seek an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising on social platforms.
• Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
• Mentor and train the team – on best marketing practices & latest innovations.

Skills and Qualification:-

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Familiarity with web design and HTML is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
