• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and security.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, oversee product receiving and stocking, and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Merchandising & Presentation: Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and well-organized store environment that reflects the brand.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding health, safety, and employment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, staffing, and other operational metrics.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
