JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking to recruit an experienced Oracle EPM specialist to join our growing Oracle ERP practice. Oracle EPM team work on latest technologies to deliver compelling solutions and provide ongoing support and enhancements to EPM solutions. We look for candidates who are driven and demonstrate drive and independence to deliver fantastic customer outcomes. We are looking for a great team player who would provide functional and technical consulting services to clients; contribute to the design and delivery of EPM solutions including key aspects such as application build / configuration, data integration, reporting, testing and training.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participates in gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviews
• Formulate solution designs based on the functional requirements.
• Implementation of EPRCS, Oracle ARCS including configuring workflow, security, reports building and publishing.
• Builds and configures EPM solutions based on agreed requirements and solution design
• Builds and configures data integration routines
• Assist customers validate and reconcile data
• Assist customers test developed solutions in accordance with testing strategies
• Train customer end users and Administrators
• Mentor other team members
• Adhere to best practices

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Detailed understanding on Hyperion ESSBASE.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Planning tools including PBCS, EPBCS, an added advantage if you have deep knowledge in Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting (on premise).
• Strong knowledge in Hyperion Financial Management implementation or in Oracle Financial Consolidation Close.
• In depth knowledge in Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition or in Data Management tool, must know the end-to-end process of integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion cloud and on Oracle Cloud. It will be added advantage if you have knowledge in ODI.

• Strong hands-on knowledge in EPM Automation scripting.
• Ability to build the complex reports using Financial Reporting web studio.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and Power point, leverage the SmartView tool to build report and ad hoc analysis.
• Hands on implementation knowledge in EPRCS including configuring workflow, security, reports building and publishing.
• Hands on implementation knowledge in Oracle ARCS including profile configuration, security configuration, define workflow and reporting.

CERTIFICATIONS: Oracle Certification desirable. EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• 4 – 7 years of experience as Oracle EPM Consultant.
• Strong Interpersonal skill including Oral and written communication with internal and external global stake holders.
• A team play who is accountable and committed for flawless delivery, a collaborative and flexible person who can adapt to dynamic business environments.

• A strong presentation skill which helps to leverage the business meetings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and providing recommendations.
• Open for learning to deepen and widen the knowledge in Oracle EPM and other skills which is required from time to time.
