:MIS report & Other – Preparing daily Grn, Issue requisition slip as per BOM & maintain record, Maintain day to day stock report as per BOM, maintain stock ledger, to check bills as per Purchse order, Inventory Stock Taking, Developing various reports such as( Inward Outward,Material Jv, Non moving stock record, FIFO and MIS, verifying supplier bill. Reconciliation of bulk materials, waybills, mobilization and demobilization of Store.Packaging and Dispatch – Ensuring no transit damage because of wrong packaging, to make sure that packaging and dispatch is being done on time, achieving 100% dispatch as planned, ensure good export packaging, Physical verification of inward material.Logistics – Ensure proper loading & Unloading of material, to ensure the vehicle documents are verified, to coordinate with the logistic department for smooth and timely dispatch of orders.Good communication skills, should be well versed in Ms Excel, Ms Word, email drafting.Salary- As per Industry standards.Contact- 9011065430Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR107,867.00 – INR300,000.00 per yearBenefits:
