We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service – Voice professionals to interact with our clients from different nationalities.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for confirming the clients’ bookings made through calls, coordinating with internal teams to resolve a booking and to ensure that our product or service has met the client’s expectation. He / she may occasionally require to take active role in new implementation and suggestions for the voice process improvement, based on their experience dealing with partners and clients.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to extend and utilise his / her interest in tourism and travel into a solid broad skill set.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Graduate and above.
• 1-3yrs of Customer Service / Voice Process Experience.
• Excellent spoken English, with good telephonic etiquettes.
• Basic understanding of MS-Office tools.
• Interactive and good at probing. Attentive on calls.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The key duties of the post are as follows:

• Candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of reconfirming the hotel bookings and ensuring its quality.
• He / She will be responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquiry accurately, using Call Tracking System.
• He / She will be responsible for checking the bookings made in a timely fashion.
• His / Her responsibility will be to answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of the bookings made.
• He / she should analyse and reroute any discrepancy observed in the booking to the concerned department and follow-up.
• The primary objective is to ensure our bookings are confirmed with the accurate details without any discrepancy or inconvenience to our clients.

Monday to Friday: General / UK Shifts

Alternate Saturday: General / UK Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
