Client Service Executive-

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and address clients’ concerns

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor and ensure that projects are completed on time.

• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects.

• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure all projects are running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot any customer concerns and offer solutions.

• Utilize client feedback to continually improve the client experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mass Media, Advertising

• 2+ years of experience in client servicing.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal; and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of video production industry trends and technology.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
