Location: Noida, India

This role is accountable for providing business support to the Executive Director and his direct management team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive assistant support to the Executive Director e.g., diary and travel management.
• Assist with the production of key reports and presentations for the Executive Director
• Provide administrative support to the key management meetings within the SE area – e.g., business reviews, quality reviews, management meetings etc.
• Provide ad-hoc project management support for SE projects.
• Act as a link between the Noida office and the rest of Study Group e.g., compiling visit lists, promoting the Noida team on Viva etc.

• Executive Director – Admissions

• EAs of ExCo members
• Executive Director’s Direct reports
