Job Purpose
Enable & support organizational capability building through Learning Enablement initiatives for Global Sales, Admissions & Marketing teams based across geographies through effective & efficient use of learning platforms available. Will develop & design learning content independently &/or under guidance of the Training Manager/Head L&D. Will manage, collate and publish all Training related MIS using the available platforms &/or on excel.
Key Responsibilites
• Assist and learn curation of blended learning solutions to address development needs
• Coordinate and schedule learning interventions with subject-matter-experts
• Administer learning operations including setting up of learning sessions, updating of learning records, preparation, and analysis of learning reports
• Assist and learn to develop learning assets/resources to enable and support high performing team culture
• Communicate learning resources and interventions to employees to maximize learning utilisation
• Support development of learning culture with regular and timely employee communications to reinforce learning and maximize adoption
• Periodic review and update learning materials to ensure relevance of contents
• Implement and review learning evaluations and recommend action on learner feedback provided to enhance subsequent programmes
• Implement and review knowledge assessment and recommend action to enhance subsequent content development and learning implementation
• Review and update training operations documentation to facilitate continuous improvements and relevance
• Assist and learn to deliver/facilitate learning and development sessions.
Qualification Required
Key Competencies Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training delivery; must have a dynamic and engaging classroom presence.
Excellent proficiency on using PowerPoint & Excel
Shows a strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results, balancing the delivery of multiple priorities often within short timescales.
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
Experience
3-4 years’ experience in managing backend MIS, generating Learning reports using Excel & publishing the same to stakeholders.
At least 1 year experience in content research & developing training content independently using PowerPoint .
