Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of all the hatcheries and custom hatchery of the respective Region.
• Ensure the hatcheries are achieving the targeted production & productivity of the Region.
• Hatchability and DOC production / productivity analysis and submit MIS report to the Region & Corporate.
• Implementing SOP’s / bring in automation in the respective Regional hatcheries.
• Based on the business plan, ensure the availability of hatchable eggs as per the schedule.
• Monitor the hatchability and ensure achieving budgeted productivity of the respective Region.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze hatchery data in the MIS format.
• Ensure implementation of hatchery SOP’s in all the hatchery.
• Assess, suggest, report on the hatchery operational safety.
• Ensure training for the hatchery staffs.
• Implementation of kaizen in all the hatcheries.
• Identify the area for automation in hatcheries and inform to the Region.
• Responsible for the technical matters pertaining to hatchery.
• Involving with the project team and helping them to take decision on machine, hatchery design, accessories, and automation with standard.
• Developing new vendors.
• Implementing the manpower in all hatcheries as per standard norms.
• Responsible for motivating and developing team members for effectively delivering their responsibilities.
• Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and provide inputs for development.
• Keep up to date with latest developments / trends in the respective areas of work and recommend the same for improving performance / productivity / engagements levels.

Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 06 years of poultry experience in Hatchery process. B.E / B. Tech / Diploma / Any Degree
