B. Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ equivalent
Required Experience
Minimum 3 Years of Experience.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/CentOS, web proxy flow etc.
Strong knowledge of network fundamentals.
Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
Knowledge of monitoring tool.
L2 Troubleshooting skills on OS level.
Candidate with any Linux/Red Hat certification will be given preference.
Roles & Responsibilities
Function in a lead capacity in overseeing day-to-day operations.
Supervise and maintain system security.
Resolve user problems.
Establish communication links between remote devices and other systems.
Design/maintain back-up/recovery procedures.
Monitor system performance.
Perform systems programming.
Develop, assign, and assist in Help Desk training.
