sumicot industries Hiring for Garment Factory Manager at Surat Full Time

• Roles &Responsibility:

· Responsibility of day-to-day business.

· On-time sampling/production completion and shipment delivery.

· Conscious about the quality, finishing & efficient timeline.

· Reporting to immediate supervisor for implementation and reporting on factory improvements.

· Reporting and managing the TNA, coordinating with support departments for timeline of fabrics, trims, patterns etc..

· Work closely with merchandising team and all departments for smooth process.

· Must possess good knowledge about fabric, stitching standards, threads, embroidery, printing and other garmenting aspects.

· Should have ability and to handle team, entire factory operation for production to shipment, implement strategies and ensure the corporate quality standards.

· Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

· Requirements:

· Proven experience in a managerial / supervisory role in a factory

· The ability to multitask

· Team Management

· candidate should have experience in garment export

· Min 5 years experience in Garment Manufacturing.

· Preferably into the knitted garment segment
