Sumit Group Hiring for Back Office Executive at Mumbai Full Time

· ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

2. Build client relation and brief them about the project along with arrangements of site visits.

3. Customer complaints and query post sales.

4. Recovery follow up calls.

5. Maintenance activities of Sold Flats.

6. Making Receipt of all payments received from customers clients of all projects.

7. Maintenance of Records & Filing of all project documents, cheques and signed agreements.

8. Making Agreement for sale (Demand letter, Reminder Letter, Allotment Letter, NOC).

9. Stamp Duty details to clients, Follow up for Registration.

10. Payment follow up with clients. Maintain and follow up the Enquiries data.

11. Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and

Communicating relevant information. Making Sales entries for the internal records, briefing total sales.

12. Co-ordination with Accounts Department regarding Invoices, Bank Guarantees, Payment etc.

13. Follow-up with clients for payment via email and maintain record.

14. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
