Review of instrument log books, sample set and method and other analytical records

Ensure intergrity , accuracy and adequacy of the activity perfomed

To execute applicable SAP transcations

Review of all analytical data generated in the laboratory

Coordinate and priorities analytical data review with the section in charge RM GLP PM and stability

and schedue review activities as necessary to support manufacturing while minimizing delays

Support in backup activity of all computer related software used in the QC lab

Provide troubleshooting support to analysis in the lab

Preparation and review of SOPs specification and STPS

Destruction of samples after completion of analysis and review of data

To indentify & reporting of deviations , OOT & OOS

To perform the investigations of deviations, OOT & OOS

Ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standards in the QC lab

Assist with analysis for reporting and verification of tgest results/ reports

To execute applicable SAP transactions

To perform verification of analytical data as per checklist for verification of anaytical data before submission to QA QC for review

To indetify the material for reduced testing and to prepare reduced testing assessment report.

To validate the new method in Raman instrument

Archival of all types of records related to QC

Any other assigment given by Manager QC from Time to time

To particiapte and contribute in internal and external audits
