Job Responsibilities

1

Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedure (SOP); complying safety and regulatory requirement.

Executes online Batch Record, online in process as per the parameters mentioned in the BPR, log book, documents, line clearance and other formats with accuracy.

Ensure the procedures used to clean pharmaceutical production/packing equipment’s and facilities as per respective SOP.

Operate pharmaceutical production/packing machinery and execute procedures for manufacturing/ packing activity.

To handle change control, deviations and other GMP compliance related documents and ensure that all compliance related documents get closed within its time frame.

To ensure proper handling and up keeping of tools & spare /change parts.

Enhance job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.

To do on line entry of data in SAP system, Ensure/Perform all activities related to the packing material issuance, receive the packing material from warehouse, Generate consumption order, Prepare WIP at the end of the month, return, BSR Transfer, GIM and label scanning etc.

To coordinate with all other internal dept. like Granulation. Coating, Compression, QC, Maintenance & HR for smooth functioning & fulfillment of production targets.

To prepare master BPR and BOM as per the plan.

To council, motivate and allocate job to Technician /workmen.

To take active participation in Validation and Qualification process.

To improve the yield of the product and minimize the rejection.

To maintain the labeling of area, equipment, material, container etc., as per SOP.

To maintain hygienic practices like no eating, no chewing, no smoking, no storage of food in manufacturing area, no self-medication and good sanitation practices etc.

Adheres to all cGMP, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.

To follow the instruction from seniors and provide feedback of the same.

Assists in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

To supervise packing activity including VSL#3 (all manufacturing and packing activities) with proper documentation and GMP practice’s achieving productivity and loss due to wastage should not be more than standard.

To Plan as per the monthly/ Daily planning for packing material, stereo’s and online availability of BPRs as per the daily plan.

To indent in Portal/SAP HANA and make the GIM in SAP HANA. Handle the software like Track wise, EDMS, LMS, MDM tool,& GPS etc.

To Indent and receive stereo’s in advance as per the daily packing plan and provide the stereo impression for packing activity.

To supervise packing area with proper documentation and GMP practice’s achieving productivity and loss due to wastage should not be more than standard.

Performs other related jobs as assigned by seniors to meet departmental and Company objectives.
