Full Job Description
:
To ensure the proper gowning and de gowning practices as per SOP.
2. To ensure the compliance of the followings;
Environmental monitoring (Temperature, RH and Pressure differential of the area)
Cleaning of the area and equipment’s, filter and calibration of balances and also ensuring gauze of the equipment are calibrated
To follow all safety precautions during work.
Checking the item codes, AR No and Quantity of the dispensed raw materials. as per the formulation order
To follow the relevant SOPs and MI of the product taken for wurster.
To follow the good documentation practice for all relevant documents such as BPR filling, different type of log cards filling.
To ensure that concern machine are within due date of preventive maintenance.
