1.
Execution of operation: handling of raw material, storage of raw material with proper identification, control of critical process parameter during the process as per BMR instruction, packing of intermediates & finished goods.
2.
Handling operation / process with maintain safety norm.
3.
Follow process as per Sop’s.
4.
Online documentation like BMR , occupancy log Book and Other formats.
5.
Maintain house keeping of plant & Surrounding area as per GMP.
6.
Review the preventive maintenance data of Equipment and execute as per the schedule.
7.
Control water consumption and properly segregation of Low COD and high COD water of Equipment.
8.
Equipment Cleaning as per requirement & as per schedule.
9.
Co-ordination with engineering department for utilities and routine maintenance job.
10.
To ensure safe operations and appropriate PPEs are being used by the personals and impart process & safety training to the operating persons.
11.
Serial / periodic cleaning & product change over cleaning.
