JOB RESPONSIBILITY

LOCATION : SILIGURI SALES DEPOT (7401).

• Overall maintenance & upkeep of warehouse premises

• Monthly Stock taking & physical verification of stocks —FRSH as well as all other logical locations.

• Highlighting issues of stock & batch mismatch for inventory correction.

• Proper alignment of stocks with batch segregation.

• Proper palletization of stocks.

• Warehouse sanitation.

• Stock movement both INWARD & OUTWARD.

• Ensuring pick pack & time bound secondary dispatches to stockiest.

• Maintaining of records HOUSEKEEPING, AMC, PEST CONTROL SERVICES , FIRE SERVICES & COMPLIANCE, WEIGHT BALANCE CALIBRATION .

• Managing & leading team of warehouse employees (peon & packer)

• Breakage / expiry physical verification lead & dispatch to VAPI

• NEPAL DISPATCH

• COORDINATING DISPATCH & DELIVERY

• GRN of all inbound shipments in S/4 HANA.
