• To prepare production plan weekly & monthly as per RFC and ensure its execution as and when required.

• To monitor daily production activity, productivity and manpower utilization

• To handle day to day technical problems.

• To check and verify operation of equipments, instruments, containers, accessories etc. as per their respective SOP and BMR.

• To entry online data in SAP HANA system.

• To impart training, do counselling, motivate subordinate & workmen for better productivity.

• To investigate events & incidents.

• To prepare and verified BMR & BPR and sign as approval manufacturing chemist as per requirement.

• To ensure GMP Practices.

• To prepare daily production reports, monthly reports etc.

• To prepare and confirm new bill of materials, process order, process order receipt. Process order deviated issue request, process order on demand issue request, process order deviated issue, etc as per rights provided in SAP as and when required.

• To ensure optimum inventory level of change parts for various machines of production department.

• To take active participation in validation and qualification process.

• To prepare purchase requisition, purchase orders, protocols, SOPs and record of production department.
