1. Coordinating with service department for smooth operations of production activities in shift and meeting production targets as per the plan.

2. Ensuring optimum utilizations of manpower and resources available for production.

3. Producing API and intermediates as per Batch Production records and checking all critical process parameter.

4. Offering FG batches for sampling & testing and generating ARF/LRF in, as per production plan.

5. Checking all Batch production records/cleaning records for completeness and correctness.

6. Reporting all production deviations and assisting in investigation of critical deviations.

7. Performing activities as per respective SOPs with maintaining their records.

8. Maintaining discipline, morale, motivation of subordinates.

9. Ensuring compliance to Safety procedures and to maintain facility & documents always in auditable condition.

10. Ensuring timely completion of assigned trainings in LMS of self and subordinates.

11. Taking print/reprint of Batch production records/cleaning records from the BPR Printing system according to requirement (Based on authorization).

12. Initiation & closure of CCRs, deviations and completion of all tasks where responsible timely in track wise.

13. Reviewing all Batch Production Records, batch record of cleaning (BRC) and ensuring that these are completed in all respects and signed.
