Job Description: Technical Trainer specializing in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Manufacturing ,

Here are the key responsibilities:

1. Understanding OSD Processes : In-depth knowledge of OSD manufacturing methods, including Direct Compression, Wet Granulation, and Dry Granulation.

2. Unit Operations Expertise : Proficiency in various unit operations related to OSD manufacturing:

3. Granulation : Understanding wet and dry granulation techniques.

4. Compression : Knowledge of tablet compression processes.

5. Coating : Familiarity with film coating and sugar coating methods.

6. Wurster Coating : Process and equipment skills

7. Capsulation : Understanding capsule filling and sealing processes.

8. Course Content Development : Creating training material, presentations, and worksheets for each unit operation.

9. Training Delivery : Conducting training sessions, webinars, workshops, and individual coaching.

10. Process Troubleshooting : Ability to troubleshoot issues related to OSD manufacturing.

11. Quality Management and GMP Compliance : Understanding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and their impact on unit operations.

12. Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) : Awareness of monitoring techniques during scale-up and technology transfer.

13. Asset Lifecycle Management : Guidance on optimizing equipment performance and maintenance.

Requirements and Skills :

• Proven experience as a technical trainer.

• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.

• Relevant technical degree and/or certification (e.g., CTT+ – Certified Technical Trainer)
