Job Description

The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction. You will be responsible for defining the entire designing outlay and create graphics including photos, layouts, logos and illustrations. Coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication, you need to be able to translate the client’s vision and expectations into design. • Passion for everything related to design videos, motion graphics, UI/UX, social media design, collateral design

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Schedule projects and define budget constraints

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Basic requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of work experience in Graphics and Video designs.

• Should have designed for social media, collateral, videos, print, etc.

• Up to date with the latest trends and norms in design.

• Good communication skills to understand and grasp the briefs.

• Able to work with minimum supervision within given deadlines.

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software

• Exceptional creativity and innovation

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
