Roles and Responsibilities:
– Generation of GST E-Invoices on daily basis
– Bank Payment vouchers
– Maintaining Bank Book
– Bank reconciliation And Dispatch related documents
– Bank Payments – Through NEFT/Cheque
– Statutory Payments – TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax
– Assistance in Books Finalization & Internal Audit
– Reconciliation of Books with Party Ledgers
– Preparation of MIS reports
– Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
– Ensure timely compliance with the law
– Debtors Collection Management
