We are building a High-Performance Team here at SunRobotics & have vacancy for an Account Executive to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for B.com qualified Candidate with Knowledge of Accounting, Finance software – ODOO/SAP/Tally-Prime. Candidate who has done Article ship for 06 months -to- 1 year with a reputed CA firm will be more preferred or someone having a similar work experience.
Responsibilities
- Handling entire Accounting (using Odoo ERP).
- Vendor payments and Sales Payment Reconciliation.
- GST and TDS Returns, Annual returns filing.
- Daily basis banking related work.
- Facing External Audit/Auditor.
- Monthly GSTR2B reconciliation and follow-up with vendor who has not filed monthly returns.
- Daily Petty Cash Handlings
Must Have
- Experience of Accounting in Odoo-ERP (PRIMARY Skill).
- Experience of Accounting in Tally (Secondary Skill).
- Capable of Handling Monthly GST and TDS Returns.
- Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel.
- Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).
