Full Job Description
Any Graduate.
Minimum 3 years experience.
Job Location-Juhu.
CTC – Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 p.m.(Depends on experience)
1. Attend to phone calls and respond to their queries after consulting concerned departments.
2. Follow up for payment of outstanding amounts.
3. Ensure Monthly dispatch of Pamphlets, accounts statements and Inventories.
4. Responsible for going through emails and study the nature of queries /replies etc.
5. Inform Warehouse about urgent orders.
6. Details of Consignment dispatched – following up till it reaches them.
7. Sending invoices and cheques to parties.
8. Handling all documents related to dispatch, payment, general letter correspondences done at front office end.
9. Keep records of all Orders received and updating the details through MIS.
10. Assisting Accounts in drafting letters.
11. Go through all admin files and understand the filing system and operations.
12. Study files in GMs office and assist GM in necessary filing and correspondence.

14. Overlooking the inventories statement.
15. Maintaining Epbax reports
16. Providing Marine declaration, Parcel Declaration and all other export related documents.
17. Coordinating with the CHA agent for export orders.
18. Maintain record of all bank related statements and money received.
19. Stationary Stock to be maintained and reordering the same.
20. All files records to be maintained regularly.
21. Keeping track of all courier documents/ Post Parcel etc.
22. Keeping track and dispatching all Web Orders.
