SuperGaming Hiring for IT and Administrative Associate at Pune Full Time

We build multiple games, right from our flagship game MaskGun which has over 50M installs globally to our newest and fastest-growing game ever, Devil Amongst Us, which has 5M installs in 2 months.

To build and grow these games, we need to ensure that our people are not blocked because of faulty or missing infrastructure. And to do that, we are looking for an IT and Admin associate.

As an IT and Admin person, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our people work with the best hardware and all the required software for them to create awesome gaming experiences for the players.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up all required accounts for new users
• Maintaining a list of Software in use by the employees
• Facilitating the purchase and renewal of software as and when required
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

Skills and experience requires:

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a tech company. Experience in gaming company a plus
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
• Ability to work well with people
• Excellent organisational skills
