SuperMechanic is a Mumbai based auto tech company that is currently building a sales team to grow their car servicing and repairs business.
CONVERT LEADS INTO CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMERS INTO BRAND ADVOCATES
The Opportunity
Customers are increasingly looking for online solutions to their real world needs. Car owners also search for car repair solutions online and we are among the top players in this space. Customers looking for car repair online find us either through our ad, direct marketing campaigns or organic search results. Our team then contact those customers and schedule a pick-up for their cars to one of our workshops.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Calling the leads who expressed interest to know more about Supermechanic and our car repair services
2. Explain the Supermechanic value proposition and convert the lead into a real customer using sales and relationship building skills
3. Schedule the car pickup so that our driver can bring the car to a Supermechanic workshop
4. Coordinate with the operations team and provide repair estimate to the customer
5. Take approval for the repair job from the customer
6. Coordinate with the operations team and keep the customer well informed with timely updates during the repair process
7. Prepare invoice and collect online payment after job completion
8. Maintain strong relationship with customers and encourage them to refer their friends and relatives to Supermechanic
9. Take post service feedback from the customer
10. Schedule pickup for the next service/job of the customer
Candidate Profile:
1. The first and non-negotiable requirement is excellent communication skills in English. Although once you build a rapport with the customer, you can speak w’ith them in any language (Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati/Tamil etc)
2. Excellent written communication skills because the role will involve interaction with customers on Whatsapp
3. Experience in the Automobile industry as a Service or Sales advisor will be a plus
4. Hard working and self driven individuals who do not require supervision and micro management to do their job
5. Ability to connect with the customer on a personal level to help deliver sales targets
6. The candidate must be willing to accept challenging conversion targets and not get scared by ‘sales’
7. We need career oriented people who will not think of this as a ‘job’ that they have to do for 1 year and leave for a better one
8. We are a bootstrapped start-up and currently do not have a very fancy office with great infrastructure. The candidate should be willing to adjust to a small, humble office space with only the basic amenities
9. Proactive approach and taking initiatives to implement new processes that improve the operations
10. Willingness to learn about how automobiles work and how they are repaired
11. Should be obsessed with providing great customer experiences
Experience Required
1. 3 years of demonstrable experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition or Business Development
2. Proven track record of over achieving the sales targets
3. Experience in Automobile Servicing industry a plus
Compensation
1. 3,50,000 to 5,50,000
2. Excellent incentives based on sales performance

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
