As a Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our audience to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and offer solutions to any issues they may have. You will be the voice of our company and will be an integral part of maintaining our strong relationship with our audience. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to our audience and conduct surveys Handle incoming calls and respond to any inquiries Maintain accurate records of each call in our database Offer solutions to any issues our audience may have Follow-up with any unresolved issues and ensure their resolution Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience Continuously improve the quality of our customer service Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours
