Designation: Jr. Support Engineer

Experiences: 1 Years to 3 Years

Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

Certification: AWS/Azure/Windows

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities: –

1. Windows System Support:

• Respond to incoming Windows-related incidents and service requests via tickets, emails, or phone calls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic Windows operating system problems reported by end-users.

2. Application Support:

• Assist users with issues related to Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web browsers, and other commonly used software.
• Troubleshoot application errors and provide guidance on usage and configuration.

3. User Account Management:

• Administer user accounts in Active Directory, ensuring proper access levels and permissions.
• Assist with password resets, account creations, and modifications as per the organization’s policies.

4. Hardware Support:

• Provide basic support for hardware components, such as desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality.
• 5. Software Installation and Configuration:
• Assist with the installation, deployment, and configuration of Windows software packages and updates.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and software usage policies.

6. Network Connectivity:

• Help diagnose and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues for Windows systems.
• Collaborate with networking teams to resolve complex networking problems.

7. System Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of support activities, issue resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Generate reports on support ticket status, incidents, and trends.

8. Escalation and Collaboration:

• Escalate complex issues to senior Windows engineers or other IT teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless operations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
