Position – Tendering Manager

Number of Vacancy- 1

Location – Bhubaneswar,Odisha

Qualification – Diploma/Btech

Experience – More than 3 Years in govt tendering (Railway, Irrigation, Dredging, and Desalination,Solar)

Salary – Open & Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze tenders from government and private sector portals.

Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines.

Review tender requirements and ensure all documentation and compliance standards are met.

Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and project management, for bid preparation.

Conduct cost estimation and pricing strategies for tenders.

Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their progress.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.

Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor bidding strategies.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2 – 5 years in tendering & bidding, preferably in Railway, Irrigation, Dredging, or Desalination sectors.

Strong understanding of government tendering processes and e-procurement portals.

Excellent documentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.

Knowledge of contract terms, legal & financial aspects related to tenders is an advantage
