Role Description
This full-time on-site role located in Noida is for a CS Trainee at SVR & CO. As a CS Trainee, you will be responsible for providing support to senior staff and assisting in various tasks associated with the company’s operations. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skill sets in a fast-paced corporate environment including exposures in Corporate Laws, IPRs, Taxation, IBC and representation before NCLT and other Government Authorities.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Corporate Laws, Tax Laws and Regulatory Frameworks
- Candidate should be professional passed and/or working in a PCS Firm.
