About the organization:

‘SWaCH’ (www.swachcoop.com), Pune is India’s first wholly-owned cooperative of self-employed waste collectors and other urban poor. It works with an aim to improve living conditions of waste pickers, along with focus on sustainable Solid Waste Management (SWM).

SWaCH is currently looking for a junior Accountant for its accounts team situated in Tilak Road, Swargate office.

Major responsibilities include:

• Daily Accounts work – purchase and sale entries, muster, petty cash, payments, vouchers-receipts-bill work, bank work
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Maintaining documentation for all accounts related transactions
• Any other accounts related task as per the need of work

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: B Com / M Com

* Experience: minimum 1 year in accounting

* Professional experience with Tally

* Good computer proficiency
