Job Title: General Manager, Media Planning and Execution

Department: Brand Marketing

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Summary:

• Leads the development and execution of media plans for assigned brands
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that media plans align with overall marketing goals
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of media plans and makes adjustments as needed
• Manages a team of media planners, analysts, agencies and internal brand and category stakeholders
• Drives growth metrics for Instamart, groceries and assigned brands wrt brand influences
• Lead 3rd party partnership associations to drive brand awareness

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute media plans for assigned brands
• Manage media budgets and negotiate media contracts
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape
• Develop and implement media strategies that reach target audiences
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of media plans
• Manage a team of media planners and analysts

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in media planning and execution
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful media plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
