Job Description:

1. Support the design and execution of Swiggy’s ESG roadmap
2. Lead preparation of ESG disclosures
3. Own the delivery of a range of projects including Materiality Assessment, GHG footprint assessment, Net Zero & ESG roadmap development.
4. Monitor, report and manage environmental performance across operations and the value chain covering GHG inventory, water, emissions, waste management.
5. Track ESG performance metrics, ensure data integrity, and prepare dashboards for leadership
6. Ensure all communications campaigns on Sustainability resonate with the larger corporate reputation goal.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ESG programs, track key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Stay informed about ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
9. Communicate ESG initiatives internally and externally through various channels, including presentations, reports, and social media.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to embed ESG practices; champion awareness and training on ESG practices across the organisationDevelop, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external audiences to publicise company’s initiatives.
11. Deliver outcomes with a strong content strategy and media planning, ensure brand values and messaging are consistently communicated.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in business/law/economics from tier 1 institute
2. Excellent communication skills- written as well as verbal.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
4. Relevant experience in sustainability and communications, especially as a part of larger Corporate Affairs teams
