Business Finance Partner for Customer experience charter

Business Partnering

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders across Customer experience (Cx) charter and partner teams (tech, analytics) providing financial guidance & Co-own Business targets

Maintain relationship with business stakeholders, and identify and resolve key business issues impacting finance operations ability to provide customer experience

Build processes, define procedure and policies with strong focus on controllership and compliance

Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop financial models and analyses to support cost optimization and profitability improvements

Drive profitability analysis and support in business performance reviews

Supervise processes to ensure long term plans/Forecast activities are completed accurately and in timely manner

Identify and develop cost saving opportunities across the charter by eliminating inefficiencies in the process

Work with cross functional teams to tie end to end financial planning.
