Overview:

As a Digital Marketer at Pyng, you’ll be pivotal in driving brand visibility and user growth, focusing heavily on SEM and managing monthly budgets of INR 50 Lakhs+. By leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll optimize campaigns across channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure Pyng stands out as the go to option in the categories we have supply for.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring campaigns meet ROI goals.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets of INR 50 Lakhs+ and continuously monitor key KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize conversions and constantly bring new ideas to the table.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Suite for performance tracking and data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate with creative teams for compelling ad copy and visuals, staying updated on platform changes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong SEM expertise.
• Proven ability to handle large-scale campaign budgets (50L+ per month) while meeting performance metrics.
• Skilled at data analysis and reporting, translating metrics into actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
• Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads (including pixel and retargeting), and relevant analytics tools.
• Adaptable team player with excellent communication skills, thriving in fast-paced or startup environments.
