Role: SM – CEO’s Office
The CEO’s Office is a tight, lean team that works closely with the CEO to help develop and drive multiple charters, including but not limited to – strategy and goal setting, business and product roadmap planning, organization design and culture, performance/ accountability systems and general process improvement. The overarching objective of the unit is to be a force multiplier to the CEO and create significant leverage across all aspects that the CEO’s span touches. The unit is also responsible for being a thought/ideation partner to the CEO and picking up special projects from time to time.
The SM in the CEO’s Office will play a critical role in fulfilling the above objectives working closely with the CEO and the Chief of Staff. They will be driving highly cross functional projects and liaising with functions/teams across the organization to tightly manage outcomes as well as execution timelines. They will also be designing and managing key processes in the org. – from strategic planning exercises to central review cadences. They will also help strategize, design and execute critical initiatives across Growth, Tech, Product, HR, & Operations.
