Partnering with various lines of businesses, from financial institutions, including hedge funds, private equity firms, assets managers, mutual funds, private credit, and investment banks, to strategic consultancies, corporations, and government entities to fill their knowledge gaps and improve strategies by carefully inspecting their research needs and tailoring the right fit action plan to achieve their milestone.

Responsibilities for the Associate Role Include:

1- Assisting team members with client projects and engaging with subject matter experts.

Identifying and recruiting new subject matter experts using the resources provided and Swissmen’s tech-driven platform.

2- Screening experts to determine their suitability for client projects, and developing profiles and background expertise for each expert to present to clients.

3- Collaborating with the team to refine project scopes and adjust sourcing strategies to ensure successful outcomes for clients’ projects.

4- Scheduling and coordinating engagements and consultations between clients and experts.
