JOB PURPOSE:Sycamore Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a Hospitality management and Consultancy Start Up based in Goa. Incorporated in 2020 we have already established a string presence in the state of Goa having multiple properties in our portfolio.We are looking for dynamic and versatile candidates looking to make a career in the Hospitality industry to be part of our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Hiring of Team members for all properties under Sycamore Hospitality.Handle the day to day operations Of the HR functions anddutiesSetting of new policies & SOP’s for all properties & all Employee Roles.Compiling and update employee recordsDuties and Responsibilities:Handle the recruitment process by posting job ads, coordinating interviews andcontacting candidatesConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesDrafting Of appointment letters and contracts and any HR related documentationHandle day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes as requiredDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules. and regulationsHandle in payroll preparation by providing relevant dataCommunicate with public services when necessarySupport with coordination Of HR related events, trainings and activitiesJob Types: Full-time, Fresher, InternshipSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleFood providedWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftNight shiftRotational shiftSupplemental pay types:Overtime payPerformance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9823726436
