Responsibilities

• Design and improve the user interface and experience for our digital products across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and applications).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Evaluate user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards and design guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.”
