Role Description:
Lead the Academy and be accountable for all training interventions of the organization.
Manage the team of trainers, training support staff and ensuring their success at work.
Achieve deliverables working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive cross functional connects to take cadence of the business unit’s efficiency and impact.
Be open to feedback and ensure quick execution of appropriate corrective actions.
Optimize Academy processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
Drive the effort to create new trainings (video, classrooms etc.) on product releases, features etc.,
Constantly find alternatives and unobvious ways to scale and multiply expertise at global level.
You have passion for training and learning, and an affinity for technology.
Synergize with teams and drive business critical initiatives related to Academy.
Experience:
Overall experience bracket preferred will be10-12 years full time industry experience in technical training delivery, people management.
Educational Qualification:
Any UG/ PG
Industry certifications:
ITIL certified, minimum foundation level
Skills required:
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
Excellent English communication (both verbal and written)
Mandatory experience of technology products training delivery
The Trainer should be Well versed in handling Software Product demo / training.
Full time industry experience
Training content creation experience
Proficiency with MS office suite (excel, ppt, word mandatory)
Minimum ITIL Foundation certified
Secondary Skills (Good-to-have)
Prior experience in a product organization
Any experience of training delivery for multiple geos (India, US etc) will be added advantage
